The entry starts with the opening
Door dimensions, the surrounding structure, threshold, swing and hardware all influence the right exterior system. Share your elevation or existing entry photos and we will help turn the design into a clearly specified package.
Performance belongs in the specification
For hurricane-impact requirements, the exact model and configuration matter. Ask us to review the relevant product approval, dimensions, glazing and installation requirements for your project. A visual style alone does not establish a performance rating.
Installation planned around the site
We carry the necessary licensing and insurance for our interior and exterior door work. The installation quote reflects the system, opening condition, project volume and applicable permit requirements. Project-specific permitting is reviewed before work is scheduled.
A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Before you begin.
Is the on-site measurement free?
Yes. TrueFrames offers a free on-site measurement visit in our South Florida service area. Share your city and project details so we can arrange the visit.
How long do production and delivery take?
Two-week production and delivery is available for made-to-order doors. We confirm the selected system, specifications and delivery schedule with your quote. Installation scheduling and any project-specific approvals are discussed separately.
Is installation included in the door price?
Installation is quoted for your project. The door type, number of openings, existing conditions, work required and any permit or insurance requirements determine the installation scope and price.
Can I choose a pivot entry door?
Share the intended size and design. We will review an appropriate system and its suitability for the opening. An interior pivot system should not be assumed to meet exterior or impact requirements.
