A longer timeline can mean a better project price

For large projects that can wait more than two months, we can offer more favorable pricing by purchasing materials, hardware and fittings specifically for the required volume. Planning the purchase around your full door package creates an opportunity for additional savings. This option is reserved for large projects; pricing and the delivery schedule are calculated individually.

  • New construction with a substantial door package
  • Full remodeling projects with large door quantities
  • Large-scale building renovation and revitalization
03

Compare speed with project savings

Need doors quickly? Request the two-week production and delivery option. Have a large project and a flexible timeline beyond two months? Ask us to compare it with project-specific procurement pricing. Share the full quantities, specifications and required delivery date so we can prepare the appropriate proposal. Your quote defines the price and delivery schedule for your project.

04

Send your door schedule. Get a coordinated quote.

Email your door schedule and relevant plans to info@trueframes.us, or start with the project inquiry form. Include the details below and tell us whether you want the two-week option, large-project pricing with more than two months available, or a comparison of both.

  • Project city and type: new construction, full remodeling or revitalization
  • Opening IDs, quantities, dimensions and handing
  • Door and frame models, finishes, hardware and fittings
  • Required fire or impact ratings and supporting specifications
  • Target delivery date and whether the timeline is flexible
  • Supply-only or supply and installation
05

Prepare openings for the selected door system

Coordinate the supporting construction, frame and hardware before installation. Door weight, the operating system and the opening condition all matter. Include the relevant opening details with your plans, and identify any repairs or reinforcement as a separate part of the project scope. Review our opening preparation guide before final wall and floor finishes.

06

Documentation and installation, coordinated

We carry the necessary licenses and insurance for our door work and can coordinate documentation for project onboarding. Installation pricing depends on door type, quantity, opening conditions and the scope of work. Permit needs, site access and installation requirements are reviewed for the specific project. Production and delivery timing does not include permit processing or site installation.

07

Coordinate wall panels with the door package

If your doors meet feature walls or paneling, send the relevant elevations with your inquiry. Reviewing finishes, materials and transitions together helps define the scope for your construction or remodeling project. Include wall panels in your request so we can quote the complete scope.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you begin.

Does two-week production and delivery apply to every model and volume?

Yes. The offer applies to all TrueFrames door models and order volumes. Doors are manufactured anew for each order. The proposal records the final specifications and delivery date. Installation, permits and project approvals are scheduled separately.

How can a large project qualify for better pricing?

If your project has a large door volume and can wait more than two months, we can plan materials, hardware and fittings purchases specifically around that order. Send your door schedule and timing for an individual assessment and quote.

Which projects suit the longer-timeline pricing option?

Primarily new construction, full remodeling and building revitalization projects with substantial quantities. The option is for large projects; a longer wait alone does not qualify a small order for this pricing.

How much can we save, and what is the minimum order?

There is no published fixed discount or minimum quantity. Pricing depends on the actual project volume, specifications and procurement plan. We review your door schedule and provide a project-specific proposal.

Can we compare the two-week option with a longer-timeline quote?

Yes. Include your required delivery date and indicate whether you can wait more than two months. For a qualifying large project, ask us to compare the fast option with project-specific procurement pricing.

Can you provide insurance documentation and work from plans?

Yes. Send the project onboarding requirements, door schedule and relevant elevations. We coordinate applicable insurance and licensing documentation, with final dimensions and site conditions confirmed before production.
