Planning Door Installation in a South Florida Condo

A condo project needs the door scope and building access coordinated together. Discuss the opening type and building requirements before committing to an installation date.

01

Separate room doors from a rated entry

An interior bedroom door and an entry opening onto a common corridor may have different requirements. Use the project documents and building guidance to identify the required assembly rather than assuming all condo doors are alike.

02

Ask about access and documentation

Check whether your building requires contractor onboarding, insurance documentation, reserved service elevators, delivery arrangements or specific working hours. These are questions to confirm with the building, not universal rules.

03

Plan the sequence

Share these requirements with your quote request. TrueFrames carries the necessary licenses and insurance for our work and coordinates the proposed installation with the actual site conditions.
